This Yin Yang Yoga class is designed to cultivate both strength and flexibility, supporting better posture while restoring energetic balance.
Through a blend of dynamic movement and deep holds, we’ll activate the meridians and energy centres to encourage emotional release and tension relief.
Each session includes breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, helping you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and release stored trauma.
